(We have replaced our AC unit three times in twenty years -- recently switched to One Stop and learned from their service tech that our undersized duct system had been shortening the life of our AC units.) Ken M. led the duct installation team (Jose and Hector), and they did an awesome job. Their work was methodical and professional, and Ken was "scientific" in his calculations of duct sizes and distribution system configurations. The team was courteous, clean, and hard working. (They finished a 3-day job in two days to accommodate our vacation schedule.) The Orange County inspector commented that the work was "excellent," and a return visit by our One Stop service tech confirmed that our AC unit is no longer struggling to cool the house. He is always professional, asks for any input so he can address all of our concerns. He is a excellent communicator, and very respectful of our home and us as individuals. He explains what he is going to do, and his findings when complete. He is up to date on his knowledge of our A/C system and always has suggestions how we can make it more efficient on our end.
